No feedback from vodacom

<p>vodacom has not yet repsonded to my complaint regarding my device that has be away for almost 5 months now. The consultant from vodacom called me and promised to send me email but i have never received any email from them up to date. As i explained to the guys who called me that i took my device to vodacom where i bought it for repaires now expected to pay for my device that was not fixed</p>
