NO FEEDBACK FOR RAPAIR ON LG4 CELLPHONE REPAIR -

The LG 4 phone is a contract phone since 01/09/2015, the phone was not charging or switching on. We handed the phone in at Vodacom Krugersdorp, they send the phone to Vodacom Care centre Fourways. Received message on the first Jobcard -water damage, banking details DOUBLE RING TRADE not VODACOM name, pay R 570.00 before we repair the phone . This phone is under guarantee. They send the phone back to Krugersdorp. Vocacom Krugersdorp send the phone back to Fourways Care Cetre on 9/2/2016. Received no feedback until I phone them today 02/03/2016. Managers feedback they in a process, they were going to phone me this afternoon because tehy did not get reply on 26/02/2016. <br> Please dont send you phone to Fourways Vodacom Care Centre, they are a non complying bussiness. They are definitely not professional and don't understand the customer's need.<br> <br> Take it to Vodacom Centre Care Centre Centruion, response within 24 hours, and daily feedback
