No feedback for ***** case

It's 10 months now and I haven't received any feedback, regarding a ********** contract they have opened in my name and they were very quick to send their attorneys to contact me. However they don't contact me as to how far is the case since they said their forensic will investigate. I've never seen such incompetence in my life. Very poor service from their call center consultants giving incorrect information.
