No feedback for 7 days and rude customer call centre agents

To anybody prepared to help,

I am a very disapointed customer after 19 years being loyal to Vodacom. A problem was reported to Vodacom on 20 January 2016 at 18:03. The following happened :

1. I escalated my problem to the supervisor directly, Mpo (sic) after I had such poor service from 2 consultants at 18:03. I was on the line for 23 minutes and 23 seconds. He told me that he can not help me but will escalate my problem and send me a sms with my ref no. Which he never did.

2. On Saturday 21 January I realized that I have received no sms and phoned customer care again. I had to make 3 calls and ask to speak to a manager/supervisor because the agents are not willing to help you at all. (08:40 - 1 min 12 secs), 08:42, 13 mins 25 secs and 09:49, 32mins and 53 secs). In this process of phoning and raising my complaints, my wi-fi rooter was not working, the rooter was ons but I just couldn't lock in. During the 3 rd call the supervisor had long stories about the fact that she can't reset it and I should phone from a different phone and, and ....... After I told her that this happened just after I spoke to a very rude agent and that I will send the recordings to Vodacom, then she was able to activate (her words) my rooter again, with no explanation whatsoever. She then also told me that they will only attend to my query on Monday as the technical staff are not working over weekends.

3. On Monday 23 January 2017, I phoned Vodacom 3 times, longest call 35 min and 26 secs. The Supervisor told me that a technician with the name of Abraham is assigned to my query and that they are busy and I must just wait. He apparently also send an email to the technical department to give my query attention.

4. On Tuesday 24 January 2017, I made 13 calls to Vodacom. The moment you ask for an agent to speak to a Supervisor or Manager they insist that you must give them your cell phone number, because the want to have a look, if you refuse and insist to speak to a supervisor, they ust cut your calls. Later on I spoke to the same Supervisor, I spoke to on Saturday and she promised me that she will escalate the problem again and that I must just give her 1 day to sort it out.

5. So on Wednesday 25 January I never called, because she requested me to give her one day. Nothing happened.

6. On Thursday 26 January 2017, I phoned again 5 times, with a promise from Sapita, that the Customer Care Manager, Brendon will call me back after his meeting. Once again no luck. Later on I got through to Mpo, the person I logged my complaint with nearly a week ago. He couldn't belive that I was still not contacted by Abraham and promised to send an email to the technical support Manager.

Now nearly a week later, I don't know where to turn to. Most of the agents are so rude and the Supervisors just escalate your problem. And MY problem was still not attended to at all.

Each and every call to Vodacom, was recorded on my phone and I am not going to tolerate this service any longer.

I hope this problem can be settled today as this is a bad reflection on Vodacom and this makes me a furious, unhappy customer. I hope that a senior person will contact me today as I am not going to tolerate this kind of service.

The cherry on top is that I have send emails this morning, now I receive automate emails back with a new reference number and telling me that an agent will contact me in 24 hours.
