No Feedback despite promises.

<p>My wife keeps loading airtime and without even making calls or sms as per her logs in a week or so twice now the airtime is gone R0 on her phone ********** . She loads data separatelt so it cant be that. Have mailed vodacom and verified her detail as requested by them but nothing has been done. Again the South African disease of staff coming to work with no commitment just to collect their pay at month end. </p>
