No Feedback at all from Vodacom

<p>Why does Vodacom persist in asking for callbacks on their webpage and nobody calls you back . When you phone ********** to ask for help they also tell you somebody will call you back...than nothing . I try emailing the Executive Liason department......no response . The staff cannot respond to a simple question and I dont know what they get paid for ! Its definately not for assisting the customers .</p>
