No feedback as to when our contract will begin

After numerous phone calls we are still no closer to finding out when we will be receiving out LTE modem and when our contract will begin. All we ever get told is that the contract has been approved but they unable to give us any further information. Apparently the contract was approved on the 15/16 Spetember 2015. Today, after being told to phone *** then *** and *** all operators were unhelpful and told us they could not help phone the other number. All we want to know is when we will receive the modem and when the contract will start. Its a simple question with surely a simple answer???!!!
