no feedback as promised
really disappointed that I have to wait more than a week for my complain to be sorted out. I laid my complain with you guys on the 12 of Feb 2019 and no one was bothered to give me a call back regarding my contract with you Vodacom.
this is the response I got :Kindly note that your query is currently being addressed by the relevant department, who will be contacting you to offer further assistance.
however no one contacted me back.
