No feedback and stupid excuses

I handed in my phone for repairs at the Lephalale branch on Saturday, 2015-9-19, due to a faulty charger port (iPhone 5s). The phone was sent to the Polokwane repair center where it was received and sent back to the Lephalale branch without being repaired because apparently \iCloud has to be disabled".

The phone has been at the Lephalale branch since and no feedback was given to myself. I had to phone the Polokwane branch to find out where my phone is. I never received an SMS as stated by the Lephalale branch.

So I have two questions:

1. Why did I never receive feedback during this process?
2. Why does iCloud have to be disabled when working on the charger port? The phone does not have to be switched on (in fact"
