no feedback and missing parts on the phone

On the 2nd Took the phone to jmall as it stopped working , showed a red dot and gave me a black screen. They checked the phone and they said they can't see any damages. Was told takes a week to be repaired and they will phone with feedback.2 weeks passed Got a messages that Phone was take for advanced repairs, went to the store was told phone it's at vodaworld and board was damaged, they could not explain how it was damaged because you have to physically open the phone in order for the board to be damaged. Was told they would request the phone back from vodaworld and will give me call. didn't receive any call or feedback went again to the shop. Noticed the phone had no speaker and still could tell me what happened to the phone. All I want to know <br> how can a phone a Z30 blackberry that's only 4 months have a board damaged when there is no physical damaged to the phone ?<br> why was my speaker taken off from the phone and when will it be repaired or get a new phone <br> My worry is how can a big company like this say one thing is damaged but thy keep taking part in my phone how ,can I trust that the board that was really damaged its mine<br>
