No feedback after massive breach

Hi,<br> <br> I have placed a very serious complaint with Vodacom ref # S3-88W2U-U4LV3 about disclosure of my private information to a disgruntled ex-employee. This was done over a month ago and nobody has yet contacted me with feedback.<br> When I call and give the reference number, I get put through to various unrelated departments and then get cut off. <br> It is crazy that there would be such little concern or feedback over such serious problem and that it is impossible for me to follow up on the matter.<br> <br> Based on the lack of follow through to date, I doubt very much that anything will come from this complaint.<br> <br> After 10 years, perhaps it is time to see what Cell C, Telkom or MTN have to offer?
