NO FEEDBACK AFTER 14 DAYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nothing to describe as there was no experience!! Call logged and after 14 days Call centre say it is still open and will escalate for Feedback............................ no regard for customers @ all. Vodacom, please contact me that I can cancel all my Business with you, surely you will not miss me if you cannot even give me feedback after 14 days on a query!!!!!!

Eish!!!!!!!!!!!!! What is it now? 17 Days, and all reply is - Consultant will contact you in due course!!!! Vodacom - clearly you do not value me as a customer, truly disappointed in Vodacom. On all your adds we must hear how great you are, but .................................................................................................... I beg to differ. All responses is from the Website Team and yet no Consultants is phoning bac****! - maybe you just want to tell everybody that you do respond on Complaints logged. Remember responding and resolving are very different concepts.
