Hi there, I have had 2 problems with Vodacom in the past 2 and a half weeks. The 1st problem was when I was in hospital and under the influence of morphine and sleeping tablets. Somehow I turned the Wi-Fi off on my table while I was under the influence of the narcotics I mentioned earlier this resulted in over R2 000.00 in an out of data charge. I had selected a soft lock of R800.00. I did receive this message but was not thinking clearly. I the past I would get a text message informing me that I was nearing the end of my data limit. I have asked on numerous occasion to speak to a team leader and I just get but on hold, the last time I was put on hold was for over 30 minutes.

My 2nd problem is that I have a very bad signal indoors and have an indoor booster that only pushes out an EDGE signal. This unit is about 5 years old surely in this age of LTE you should be able to provide a better indoor unit or take time out in calling me to discuss options. When I called to speak to somebody that can escalate this matter I was transferred 10 times and the last person I spoke to was the person who took my original call.

Surely in dealing with such a forward thinking company where the CEO Shameel Joosub who earns R2I Million a year should have a solution to the problems.
