After my contract period has reached its end, I have notified vodacom that we will not be renewing the contract as I travel for work(mostly out of the country). Upon arrival at OR Tambo from a bussiness trip in DRC, I was astouned to learn that all connections have been cut off and I cannot use my simcard. I hurried to the vodashop at OR Tambo in need of assistance. After having to wait in front of closed doors (the manager was arrived late to opne shop), the person at the vodashop informed me that my number has been reported as being ****** and there is nothing to do. Forced to use my DRC cell (at very high cost) I arranged the rest of my traveling up untill I reached Worcester mall and the lady behind the counter at the vodashop sorted everything for me with no hassle at all.(thank you).

About 5days later I received a threat sms , that I am being handed over to lawyers because of an outstanding amount of R100.54c. After numerous calls to the call centre I finaly got hold of a competant person to assist me.No email or last statement was ever sent to me regarding this amount. The outstanding amount of R100.54 was paid the same day, and after 3 more calls to request a letter of final payment received and to verify that my record is still clear, NO attempt has been made by VODACOM to confirm payment received.

I will not recommend any one to make use of any of their services.

Unfortunitly I cannot rate them zero stars.

Thank you.
