Cal made, ref No ***, on 7 May about undue amount billed for some \***yD"subscription which I did NOT subscribe to. Was promised a call from relevent department. None received!<br> Received an SMS saying that I have been unsubscribed from someting which I NEVER subscribed to and have been billed therefore! <br> Unacceptable and am awaiting REFUND/CREDIT!!!!"""
