I app**** for a cell phone contract yesterday with Zenzo Masilela who told me i do not qualify for the device i was interested in, i told her i would not take any device i do not like. I then went to Vodacom branch to make an application there i was told they are unable to process the application because the application made with Zenzo is not cancelled. The whole of today i was trying to get through to Zenzo to cancel my application i was told by Lehlohonolo that she will cancel and phone me back to confirm it's about 2rhs ago am still waiting i am bound by Zenzo as i cannot open up this contract at the branch until Zenzo Masilela cancels the online application apparently only she can cancel. VODACOM PLEASE HELP!
