No feedback
I have been trying for a week + now to get an issue resolved. The call centre initially helped me very well and efficiently, but when certain lines were not activated as they promised it all went from bad to worse. The query was escalated on 26/10/2017 the first time and to date no feedback or result. I was promised feedback by calling, email and sms but nothing at all happens. Nearly two weeks now and the buck just gets passed. Meanwhile it has been escalated again with no result as well. This is the worst experience we have had with Vodacom ever.
