NO EFFORT WHAT SO EVER MADE

I called vodacom paarl mall to order a tablet that is on promotion, as they were out of stock. The lady that I spoke to wasn't very friendly and just wanted to be done with the call. She said by the time the stock gets there the sale will already be over. So I asked how long will it take then to get there, days, weeks or months...? She just said she doesn't know. I then asked if it was a waste ordering one then, and she said yes. This is pathetic service from a sales person.( If I order something from them today and they are out of stock, they need to order it and give it to me for the price that it went for on the special?) Anyway, I then called vodacom 4u in paarl, and within a min the lady told me exactly which date vodacom will release my tablet and exactly which day i will be able to pick it up... why couldn't paarl mall do this??? This is like the 4th time of super bad service of vodacom in paarl mall!
