No e-mail communication
I am trying to take out a contract with Vodacom. Unfortunately I work in kruger national park and Vodacom has not repaired our tower since last year so I do not have cell phone reception. I have been trying to e-mail them to confirm my order but cannot find an e-mail address anywhere as they have disabled e-mail customer service and only use voice calls. I just wanted to mail and let them know that they will not be able to contact me over the phone but the only way to get hold of Vodacom seems to be through hellopeter.
I am not sure if I still do want to sign up for 24 months with this provider considering how difficult they make it to get in contact when I have a problem.

07 Apr 2018, 08:21How has my enquiry been completed? No one from sales has contacted me. This was really my last attempt with Vodacom. Someone gets hold of you and tells you they want to spend their money on your product and you flat out ignore them.

23 Apr 2018, 12:59Just an update for Vodacom, no one did ever contact me. I moved both my contracts as well as my girlfriends to Mtn. When my moms contract ends in a few months she will also move to Mtn. Your service is non existant
