No device upgrade under Debt Review

I have been a subscriber to Vodacom for over 15 years. I tried to do an upgrade with a device and was told that due to the fact I am under debt review, I cannot get an upgrade with a device. I have upgraded other contracts on my profile with devices whilst under debt review without any problems before. They then said I can get a upgrade, but need to pay an upfront fee of R3500 for the device which is absurd. I am very unhappy with the decision that Vodacom has taken in this regard. My current phone which I have had for about 5 years is giving me problems. I need a phone to be able to work as I have clients and colleagues calling me daily. I need Vodacom to overrule this decision immediately and give me the upgrade with a device as I normally have taken in the past. If I don’t pay my account, then I get cut off no matter what type of contracts I have. I have 5 contracts under my profile with Vodacom. I can’t understand that if I add a device to my current primary number the amount will increase by approximately R200. What difference does it make how you look at my personal situation? My debt is paid monthly by a debt review company. I have 6 months left of debt review. My Vodacom account is debited from my account on the 1st of every month without fail. I am deeply disgusted and disappointed in Vodacom and wish I could cancel all my 5 contracts. Another issue I have is I just upgraded my one WIFI contracts to 50GB and Vodacom only upgraded me to 30GB. This was not what I requested and they can't change it. I currently work from home and need a lot of data to function. That is why I requested the 50GB upgrade. Vodacom do not have their client’s best interests at heart. As soon as all my contracts come to an end, I will never recommend Vodacom to anyone or sign up with Vodacom again.
