No device

I seriously cannot deal with Vodacom insurance anymore below is the email I sent this morning. I have been trying to call them for the past 20 minutes and nobody has bothered to respond, let alone acknowledge to my email.

I am urgently seeking assistance regarding my phone claim that was approved.

I have spoken to four of your consultants and to this very day I am still left with no phone. The first consultant I spoke to on Friday who confirmed that my claim was approved advised me to go to my nearest Vodacom store to collect my device however the iphone 6S has been discontinued my options are to get CPO and pay the access fee or take SE in which I would have to pay additional plus-minus R4000. I advised him I don't have R4000 I''ll rather go for the option for CPO. During the course of the week end I drove around to various Vodacom stores, asking if they have device with no luck, this was taxing as you can imagine driving from pillar to post. On Saturday morning I phoned again to your insurance department, I was advised to go to Vodacom once again for the store to contact warehouse and have the CPO delivered by Monday and I should receive the devise. The store told me they can’t assists with that It’s infect finrite to source the device not them. The store phoned your department again on Saturday had to relay my story again, the consultant who are assisted us gave me this email address and that I should request for a payment arrangement for the SE.

Can you please sort this out by today, this is all stressing to me, I have done part now it's your turn to live up to your promise. I have no phone and with the current COVID-19 Pandemic my family can’t get hold of me in case something happens me or to them. I need resolution ASAP I don't have petrol to be driving around to Vodacom stores risking my life through this pandemic. Today I phoned again and the gentlemen I spoke to said he’ll contact me back; I have been ever waiting ever I trust you will deal with this matter urgency.
