No department can give me a copy of my contract

I upgraded my phone in Jan and found out from a brand new Samsung phone that the camera on selfie does not work. I have tried troubleshooting but nothing works. When I called the call centre I was told to get a copy of my contract and take it to a Vodacom store to get it repaired. No service for the collection of the phone was offered and as a result, I was forced to use a phone that does not work optimally. Now when I have an opportunity to go to a store to repair the phone, the contract request takes 7 days. Agents at client care have no client centricity at all. All they have caused is more frustration. Really did not expect this from getting a brand new phone.
