No delivery on product

I am very disappointed in the service that I have received from Vodacom. It's been 2 months since I've gotten an upgrade for my cellphone and have not received the watch that's suppose to come with the galaxy note 4. I have called Jabulani mall numerous times enquiring about the watch however I have not had any positive feedback. No one even bothers to even call me back and update me with any solution based on my query. This is very misleading to customers as I am paying for an incomplete package. I'm very disappointed in Vodacom as this is my second contract phone and would have never expected such incompetence.
