No delivery on phone ordered
Signed an upgrade contract on 16 Aug 2017. Was promised that the handset would be ready for collection on Friday 18 Aug 2017. Was called today to be told that it will now be next week sometime. I do not live anywhere near Sandton City and have made special arrangements to get there on Friday. Should this handset not be available today I will migrate all my personal lines as well as all my business lines to Cell C. Roughly about 18 lines varying from voice lines and data lines, Hopefully Cell C will improve on Vodacom's promises
