No delivery of WiFi Router

I ordered a Wifi router . Firstly it took calling call center so many times and they didn't even know where to direct my query as it was a cash payment not contract and it was online payment. Then i sent an email to email they had given me then was told its not the correct email. This week i was told i would get the router on 18 March or 19 March and i have still not received it. I cant even call I have to wait.
