No delivery of promised promotional jersey- no feedback from store or Vodacom head office

<p>On the 13th of February our company MD upgraded his vodacom cellphone contract at Vodacom greenstone, the promation inclued a rugby jersey. He was told that jersey will be delivered to him as the stock wasn't kept instore, they said that he will get a call with a date, but up to date no phone call was recieved. He has made numours calls to the store to enquire about his jersey with no vaiable answer as to what is going on. He then contacted the head office who told him he should go back to the store, but the store kept insting he had to contact the head office for the delivery. </p>
