No Delivery AGAIN

Ok, so here I am with another complaint.. Gave Vodacom the benefit of the doubt and ordered the S7 after my previous order Iphone6 was a huge ***** up. <br> Received a call from Ram Couriers that it will be delivered yesterday,,,, nobody arrived. When I tracked the phone on their website - the comments state that I was not available for delivery. <br> *** - the first time RAM gave the phone to somebody else... and I lost out on a good deal because of that. Now vodacom does not compensate for the losses do they? <br> <br> How many times am I supposed to order a cell phone? Cant vodacom get a more competent courier? How difficult is this ??? a delivery for goodness sake<br>
