No Delivery after promises I will receive phone

I am extremely frustrated with Vodacom. I recently complained about the lack of service with regards to delivery of my 2 phones on Hello Peter. The consultant then said I would receive my phones 2 weeks ago. I still have not received anything or heard from anyone. I am currently on hold with the After the sales department, after having the phone put down on me twice. I am completely dissatisfied with the service. If I do not receive my phones this week (I have waited 1 month) I am going to cancel 2 contracts with Vodacom.
