No delivery

I app**** for a laptop & modem contract 3weeks back at Vodacom Maponya mall which was approved.<br> I was told ill get them the following week on Wednesday(18/02/2015). On that day I was called & told they delivered the wrong laptop , I will get the correct one the following Wednesday(25/02/2015). Then yesterday (25/02/2015) I got a missed call from Precious then she called my mom & told her my laptop has arrived , I must come fetch it. Got the message from my mom, on my way to Maponya mall to collect my goods I received a call from Precious & she said they have the laptop but not modem. they cant give me laptop without the modem. I must come the following day(26/02/2015).<br> as per the agreed arrangement I went to Maponya today to collect my goods, when I got there I was told my laptop was given to someone else. <br> the service is pathetic.<br> <br> From Zinhle<br> .
