NO DELIVERY *** NUMBER DOESNT WORK

Good day, I was called by dealer rewind and offered a LTE router contract. I received confirmation sms on 19 August and informed the device would be delivered within 3 days.<br> <br> I have still received no delivery and the number on the sms does not work. I have also seen similar complaints online and yet the number is still not corrected. <br> <br> Kindly advise.
