No DEAL Obtained due to Prior flagged performed by me for someone else's unauthorized access to my account

I was trying to upgrade my phone on a black Friday online exclusive deal, a few weeks ago someone not me tried to login myvodacom account and i called to flag my account, now due to this flag my online deal could not go through and i was referred to a vodacom shop, now i was trying to get the flag removed as wanted this deal but it is said by customer care the flag will remain for 6 months. I answered all the security questions myself and surely I should have been help if i confirmed all security questions. I find this unfair that I loosed out on this deal due i followed security precautions to ensure no unauthorized access to my account and now i cannot have that access myself.
