No data signal and know one at Vodacom cares

Complaint ref S3-8EQ37-7FY2i and A6-Sfax-922k8. With so much growth and development in the Edenvale & Greenstone area Cell C and MTN have allocated resources to cope with demand, sadly Vodacom has fallen behind. Logged complaint on 30 Aug 2015 for poor data signal in the area, received e-mail from Judy to say Vodacom negotiating for a tower near by however cannot confirm installation date & details. i escalated complaint to supervisor and was referred to Kurt Hawood who does not answer his phone and no feedback from Judy when I followed up with her. Phoned CEO office and was referred to Client Liaison person called Celise Pieters who took accountability and committed to get Kurt Hawood to call me back which he did and would investigate and get back to me the next day, that was 5 days ago and I'm still waiting. Be-warned - my neighbours have all ported to MTN & Cell C and customer service at Vodacom is shocking. Since complaining my data signal has deteriorated even further - will someone in Vodacom please help me!

One year later and the Vodacom signal in Edenglen bordering Greenstone has still not improved despite a commitment by Vodacom to put up a cell tower on the corner of Terrace Rd and Van Tonder Rds. If you are considering moving house to Greenstone or similar neighbourhood and you are a Vodacom customer you may as well port your number to MTN or CellC at the same time to avoid poor data signal.

Thank you Vodacom for responding to my desperate appeals for help, you sent out a technician to my home and he confirmed that there was no signal. It's more than a week later and I have not heard from you, I did a follow up with your call centre and they confirmed that my incident has been closed. So what now, do I need to give the papers the go ahead or do I need to have a sign made up?
