NO DATA RECIEVED

I normal receive 500MB DATA every month on my Vodacom table. but this month I did not receive them as i had my own data that i bought on the 21/06/2015 to July and when i call Vodacom to advise them that i did not receive my data for this month they said i did but no sms was sent to me. during the day i am on Wi-Fi the whole day at work i switch my data off, so this is not true VODACOM DOES NOT HAVE INTEGRITY I KNOW HOW I USE MY DATA AND FOR HOW LONG IT SHOULD LAST ME.
