No Data loaded after purchase

<p>I dailed *111# to buy data for my phone, i followed the promps, Buy, data, 30days, so i bought 1GB for R149 (ridiculas price By the way) a window popped up saying, Transaction made for R149 you will recieve an sms when you data is loaded (somethign to that effect).....Guess what, im STIL WAITNG, i called Vodacom customer care (no useful help there) but here is my REF no for the call (REF: ********** 64). </p> <p>I have to wait 2days for the "back Office" to check this issue, Yet you have taken my money and i get no data, But i must wait 2 days. this is phathetic and the reason why im cancelling my vodacom contract. endless SH@#T with you guys. no real help, customers must wait for somehitng to happen, Yet vodacom can just take the money. Its bull****, and im done with this ****py "Service Provider"</p>
