no data loaded

Vodacom never loaded my data i purchased on 21st of novemeber and then after logging calls with them they tell me its depleted due to updates but my updates have always been off and this is thefirst time.i never even received the usual sms to say the data was loaded and now they say it was used by me but that couldnt have been ...i paid for data and never got it now they play it on updates but just loaded another 30 meg and no updates took that ......
