No Data given.

<p> In a internet transaction with Vodacom,I tried to make a payment by credit card,on the third try, I gave up,and indicated that the payment would be made for the Data, from my Airtime balance,this was done,and the money was deducted from my Airtime,but no Data was given to me,also there was no notification on my phone, that they had,but instead I had three notifications,informing me that I had no Data left.</p> <p>I made e mail contact with Vodacom customer services,and was shown there chart that they had given me the Data,again I told them I had not received any,but they will not believe what I say,and are now not responding to my letters,with a writen reply.</p> <p>Why would I bother to go through all this bother for R29,the reason is principle,how often has Vodacom done this to others,who don't bother?
