No data for 5 days and still going

Since Saturday morning I have no data on my cell phone. I went to Vodacom shop in Somerset Mall, they could not help me and send me to the repair shop outside of Somerset Mall. They could not help me, because Morpheus was off line. The Monday same problem. Tuesday they said Vodacom knows about the problem, but cannot tell me when it will be fixed. Today I phoned again, still the problem is not solved. I have no data on my cell phone and when my contacts call me it shows unknown number. I have phoned Vodacom head office several times, no luck. I have emailed and the email I receive back wants to know my ID, bank details and address. I don't believe it is a valid email. I have tried the on-line chat several times and it just go off line. I don't know what more I can do. Lize
