No data coverage

There is no data coverage in the area and when Vodacom is contacted their response is that the tower is only for voice coverage not data....Tower Number is Waterval Onder ***. How is this customer service? When MTN was contacted, they came out immediately to investigate and have advised that they will install a booster the 2nd week of January 2016.
