No data connectivity fro Vidacom

My vodacom fibre has been off for more than 5 days. I have phoned Vodacom numerous times without any resolve. They send me from one person to the next. Everytime I phone them they tell me that the problem will be resopved today and yet after 5 days I stll have no connectivity. The worst data provider in the country
