No data and bad service

I cancelled my contract and requested to move to prepaid, which happened on 31 October. I was told that it would take 24 hours for the swop to take effect. I was not able to make calls, send sms' or use my data for 5 days. It took several emails with the customer service and social media department before they discovered that my number had been handed over to pre legal because "my account hadnt been paid" even though my last payment was due to come off at the end of November.

At the end of November, the same thing happened. I reported it, mentioned that it was the same problem as before and the person I dealt with told me to call Vodacom's back office. After telling him that I would love to call BUT I COULDNT MAKE CALLS OFF MY CELL PHONE, he called me back and apologied, saying that they had been instructed that they have a mandate not to deal with customers who have been handed over because of no payment. Which wasnt the case with me. This took 4 days to fix, so another 4 days of no working phone.

On Friday 9 December, my data bundle was about to expire so I bought 250mb through the FNB app, like I usually do. This data has never come onto my phone. I tried to load R100 airtime to see if that would resolve it - and this didnt reflect either. I called 082 111 to report this and a call was logged at 08h46 - reference 1- ********** 7643. I have dealt with the customer care email address, and the social media team since Saturday morning and it is now Tuesday afternoon, more than 72 hours after reporting it, and it is still not resolved. I am able to somehow make calls, even though dialing *111# shows me as having R0 airtime, but I have had no internet since Friday evening. I keep checking in on the customer care email, and keep getting told that my reference number hasnt been assigned as yet. I was also told my an agent that I should deal with FNB as the data and airtime was bought through them, even through both payments went off my account and on both occations I received a confirmation sms from Vodacom acknowledging both purchases - which means that Vodacom is aware of both - and still, 3 days later, I am sitting without the data that I paid for, and no one at Vodacom seems to care or take any interest in helping me.
I have repeatedly rebooted my phone, as well as manually selected the Vodacom network, because I keep getting messaged that I am not registered on the network, so there clearly is a problem from Vodacom's side and I actually dont know what to do anymore since emails and contacting the social media team is getting me no where!
