no data

I bought a vodacom tab on the 17th of December at a well known retailer, the package was the tab with 200megabites for 12 months. Since then I only received 1 month bites and every month I have to phone for this data. Since sunday I got empty promises when I phone vodacoms customer care. Is the adverti*****t then false of getting data every month. My problem still not solved. And I am not the only customer who is experiening the same problem.
