No data

To whom it may concern,

I was contacted by a sales person between approximately 20th November and 27th November, to offer me a contract for a Huawei Y7 2018 with R165 airtime and 5gb data. She was calling from elite mobile on behalf of vodacom.

Upon inception of the contract I did not receive my 5gb data as promised, I then contacted customer care as I was advised that there was a promotion for 7 days data, I requested to have the call recording retrieved and was referred to my nearest vodacom branch for assistance. I then went to Somerset West main road vodacom, they then referred me back to customer care. I would like a call recording of the conversation between the sales consultant as I would like to hear at which point she advised me that the data is valid for 7 days or on a 7 day promotion, the phone was not even delivered so how is it possible to have given me data for 7 days? The number she called me on was ********** 102. I unfortunately won't be able to drive around looking for a store that will be able to help me in retrieving the recording. I would like the quality assurance team to listen to the call as well as provide me with the call as I would like to hear when the sales consultant mentioned that this data was only valid for 7 days. Should I not receive any feed back on this platform I will br going to social media and also contacting Mr Joosab should I get no joy. I would like my data as promised, as well as the call recordings of all communication between me and vodacom to be sent to me.
