<p>On May 12th, I wanted to cancel my contract as I found a better deal elsewhere. I contacted vodacom and was put through to their retentions department. I told them I found something better elsewhere and was told they can try to do a deal match. They were supposed to contact me back but after days of waiting, I called them back. They still didnt come up with a deal match but offered me something different with 1GB data per month for the duration of my contract . It was still more expensive that the deal from MTN, but I took this package they offered. June and July I received there 10GB promo offer, but from the 1st of August i got 0GB,nothing, niks, nada. I called them yesterday and they were supposed to call me back yesterday. I received no call. Needless to say their service is terrible. Currently i need to use my airtime </p>
