No Customer Support

It is totally impossible to report a problem or talk to anyone about the issue. They cut the call and send a totally useless TOBI message that completely ignores the problem, explains nothing and then stops working or simply repeats itself. Vodacom is decreasing my data daily even though I’m on WiFi the entire time. I can neither report this nor get any meaningful assistance whatsoever. This is by far the worst customer support I have ever experienced from any company whatsoever in this country. Pathetic and unacceptable
