NO CUSTOMER SERVICES
I've got 5 contracts with Vodacom and am a customer since 1999. I've updated three of them this year in March and April. Almost a month ago I requested insurrance qoutes online for these three phones. Today, after almost a month (!!!!) they call me back just to tell me, sorry the upgrades is more than three months ago. I can't get insurrance through them. How pathetic is that !!! I've cancelled the first contract with them already and sure am going to cancel the other four as well and move to another cellular company
