No customer service unless you're buying at Vodacom!

I had two Vodacom contracts that ended in April this year and notified Vodacom at the end of May by email that the contracts are now finished(because otherwise they just carry on billing you without notifying you!) So my last payment was end June which I paid. I am still being billed and phone number, which I intend to still use with prepaid, has been suspended! No customer service at Vodacom whatsoever unless you're buying!
