No Customer Service & No Credibility

I refer to my post of the 8/5/2017 which i copy here for ease of reference:

"I have had a contract with Vodacom for over 25 years. Under my contract "caller identity" and Itemised billing" is free, and indeed I've never paid for either for as long as I've had my contract. When Vodacom changed the billing recently they would show I charge for both and at the same time show a discount for the same amount, making the charge as R0.00. All of a sudden in March and April they show the discount for the "caller identity" but not for the "itemise billing.

I understand that mistakes do happen, but when one reports the problem (ref. 1- ********** ********** ) on the 11/4/2017 and follows up on the 26/4, 29/4, 2/5, 3/5 and 8/5 and absolutely nothing has been done in this period, and indeed one is totally ignored, then this becomes a real problem. I have spoken to a number of consultants that always promise to follow up and come back to you. Needless to say that nothing gets done and no return call is made.

I do not know what to do next as if one asks to escalate the call to a team leader or manager, one is told this is not possible. I'm totally frustrated with Vodacom’s lack of service. Even after the call they ask to stay on the phone and rate their service, and you give "0s" which denotes totally not satisfied, no one comes back to you to find out why the low rating.

Vodacom is probably so big that one loyal customer does not matter to them, and they think that they can treat their customers like *******. I certainly cannot recommend their services to anybody, and I'm considering cancelling all my family's and businesses' contracts.

I expect you VODACOM to do your job properly in the first place, and if you err correct it immediately, DONOT ignore your clients."

to which I received the following reply from Vodacom

"Official private business reply:

Good day,

Kindly be advised that both itemised billing and CLIP have now been zero rated on your mobile number. We have also credited your account for 2 months charges of itemised billing.

Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience caused.

Regards,
R. Maart"

Well guess what, on the June invoice you are charging me again for itemised billing, never mind that you stated that had been zero rated on my mobile number. I’m not sure if this is due to *********** staff or a matter of integrity. Really VODACOM when you state that something has been done, as stated by R. Maart , I do expect it done.

This matter goes back to 11/4/2017, PLEASE VODACOM NOW SORT IT OUT ONCE AND FOR ALL and gain back your credibility.
