No customer service...... *********** staff ?
Dear Hello Peter
Kindly note this is my 2nd complaint with Vodacom regarding the same query it hasn't been resolved instead all I got from the company is a slap on my face from both managers being Xoli store manager in Maponya Mall and Thierry reginal manager.
This is what transpired......on the 5th of March I logged a complaint about my phone that I took to the store for repairs in January and nothing has been done till now. Spoke to the store manager (Xoli) who cared less about my enquiry n told me she's new in the store doesn't know whats going on and why am I complaining now because had I complained earlier maybe the previous manager would have helped. I kept on liason with her trying to find out where my phone was as it seamed the was no trace of it anywhere of which she confirmed that it was lost n no paperwork to trace it. I then requested her to refer me to her manager because the was no way I could bring a phone in for repairs then be told months later that it's lost no paperwork done on it. I spoke to Thierry who confirmed that he was the area manager and promised to get back to me he'll do his investigation. Well a week later I got an sms to collect my phone, I went to the stored excited thinking finally after 3months of waiting my phone is fixed. Got to the stored only to be given the phone that's not fixed and was told it was kept in store because they want proof of purchase WOW........... REALLY VODACOM PROOF OF PURCHASE FOR THE PHONE THAT'S ON CONTRACT, CONTRACT THAT I PAY EVERY MONTH WITH NO FAIL. Where am I supposed to get proof of purchase from? Is the IMEI number not proof enough and payments made every month on my contract not proof enough????? The manager had a nerve to tell me straight to my face that if I don't provide what they require she'll do nothing as it's not her business. Wow Vodacom is this how you train your staff not to care about their clients instead must abuse us?
We in April already 4months without a phone that Im still paying for......Hello Peter kindly intervene in getting this matter solved or can Vodacom cancel all my contracts with them!!! I have tolerated too much ABUSE from its enough now.
Kindly contact me on ********** 482 between 12 and 2pm or after 5pm when I've knocked off.
Hoping to hear from you soon
