No customer service from Vodacom

Worst customer service ever! Been asking since 17/12/2017 to change my ****en surname to my Married surname. All documents(ID, marriage certificate, acc nr and cell number) sent to customer care. Till today not done! With big regret upgraded in January should have just cancelled the contract, been with Vodacom since 2007. Definitely my last contract with them. Such a big company and no service.
