NO customer service!!!!!
This is my second post on the same issue with Vodacom. After my post on Friday, someone contacted me and promised to cancel my line (after 3 months) and promised that they would call me on Monday. Guess what - NO ONE CALLED ME. i received an sms last night to say the matter was closed and that i should contact the call centre to cancel my line!!!!! RIDICULOUS. I will be contacting ICASA.
